Netflix hit The Glory is most-watched programme for second week

Netflix viewers can't get enough of K-drama series The Glory. According to data, the show is sitting high in their Top 10 most-watched TV shows and has clocked up over 123.59million hours of viewing from March 13 to 19.

The Korean language TV series made in South Korea is currently the streaming platform’s most-watched programme for a second week in a row, although viewing is down slightly from 124.46million hours the previous week.

The revenge drama stars Song Hye-kyo as Moon Dong-eun who sets out on an elaborate revenge plot to make her high school bullies pay years after suffering horrific abuse.

The Glory first debuted with Season 1, Part 1 in December 2022. Part 2 was released on March 10 and now holds the title as the seventh most-popular Non-English TV release on Netflix ever with an ultra-impressive 380million hours of viewing within 28 days of its release.

Elsewhere, season 4 of You has racked up 64million hours viewed, followed by Season 2 of Shadow and Bone totalling 50million hours.

Crime thriller movie Luther: The Fallen Sun is flying high as the most-watched English-language movie for the second week with 69million hours viewed and appeared in the Top 10 in 93 countries.

Limited series MH370: The Plane That Disappeared about the missing Malaysian Airlines plane has dropped to third place with 29M hours viewed, while Wednesday popped back into the top 10 at No. 8.

Faraway bagged 14.8M hours viewed, alongside The Magician’s Elephant, Money Shot: The Pornhub Story, Dragged Across Concrete and Kick-Ass 2. Back for another week in the Top 10 were We Have a Ghost, The Hunger Games, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and Turbo.
