If you missed out on Glastonbury 2024 tickets when they originally went on sale, then pay attention, because the resale is happening soon, and you’ll need to be seriously on the ball if you want to get hold of some.

Tickets sold out astonishingly quickly when they original went on sale, leaving countless hopefuls gutted. However, there is always a second chance, as tickets that have not been fully paid for are returned and are put back on sale in April.

So, here is some advice to give you the best chance of being at Worthy Farm in 2024.

When is Glastonbury 2024?

The festival traditionally happens over the last weekend in June.

Glasto 2024 follows suit, and will be taking place from Wednesday 26th June through to Sunday 30th June at Worthy Farm in Pilton.

Who is playing Glastonbury 2024?

This year’s Pyramid Stage headliners are Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA, while Shania Twain takes on the legends slot.

The line-up also includes the likes of Cyndi Lauper, Jessie Ware, Paul Heaton, Keane, Paloma Faith, Idles, Little Simz, Disclosure, The National, LCD Soundsystem, PJ Harvey, James Blake and Avril Lavigne.

When will the ticket resale for Glastonbury 2024 be?

Ticket and coach travel packages will become available at 6pm on Thursday 18th April.

General admission tickets will then go on sale at 9am on Sunday 21st April.

Any cancelled accommodation options (Worthy View, Sticklinch, Campervan/Caravan passes) will then be put up for sale at 11am on 21st April.

How many Glastonbury 2024 tickets will be available?

Organiser Emily Eavis took to social media on 8th April to share an update, and it’s not great news for anyone hopeful of getting along to Glasto in June. “Just heard that we had our highest percentage of ticket balances paid ever! Incredible. Thanks so much everyone,” she wrote.

“There will be a resale of the (very limited) returned tickets later this month. Info to follow on that.”

How do I apply for Glastonbury 2024 tickets in the resale?

You’ll need to register, if you haven’t already.

The Glastonbury website says: “If you are not registered, we advise registering by Friday, 12th April to allow for the registration to be processed and resubmitted if needed.

“If you are already registered, you can use your existing registration number and do not need to re-register. We advise you check your details online prior to registration closing, in case you need to provide any new details.”

Registration closes at 5pm on Wednesday 17th April, and will not reopen until after the resale.

A list of coach prices can be found here (you’ll need to add the price of the Festival ticket).

Can I just pay a deposit for now?

The deposit scheme for 2024 is now closed, so you’ll need to cough up the full amount at the time of booking.

How many tickets can I buy in the resale?

In the General Admission resale, you are allowed to buy up to four tickets per transaction. However, you’ll need the registration numbers of everyone you intend to book for. So make sure your pals are all registered and that you have their details.

The Ticket + Coach travel options sale will be limited to two tickets per transaction. Again, you will need the registration number for each ticket you are booking.

Where can I buy Glastonbury 2024 tickets?

The resale will only be available at Don't be tempted to try to book anywhere else!

Tickets will sell-out VERY quickly, so make sure you are organised with all of your registration info and payment details beforehand.
