Taylor Swift has announced an international tour, including dates in the UK, and fans have noticed a very interesting gap in her schedule.

Having completed a massive, 52-date US tour earlier this year, the best-selling artist will take on a world tour in 2023 and 2024, including nine shows in the UK next year, with gigs in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff and London.

And Swifties think there is a chance that the pop star will be headlining Glastonbury 2024.

Whilst the exact dates for next year’s Glasto have yet to be revealed, the festival usually takes place at the end of June. If you check Taylor’s tour dates, you’ll notice that she isn’t playing a show on either of the final two Sundays of next June, the 23rd and the 30th.

Has she kept this clear to play Worthy Farm, and reclaim the headline slot that she had to give up in 2020 when the festival was cancelled because of the pandemic?

Although we’ll have to wait to see if the US artist will be hitting Glasto next year, we do know that she will take on shows in Edinburgh on 7th and 8th June, and in Liverpool on 14th and 15th of the same month. After a show in Cardiff on 18th June, she will then play at London’s Wembley Stadium on 21st and 22nd June, and will then return to the same venue for two more dates on 16th and 17th August.

Taking to Twitter to announce the tour dates, she wrote: “EXCUSE ME HI I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY 🙋‍♀️ I can’t wait to see so many of you on The Eras Tour next year at these new international dates! Visit http://TaylorSwift.com/tour for more information on your registrations, pre-sales and on-sales!!”

Eras is the musician’s first world tour since 2018.
