People have been blown away by the recipe for mouth-watering KitKat Biscoff cookies. Aussie foodie Sophie Fisher posted the details how to make the 'game changing' sweet treat.

She explained: "Preheat oven to 160C, fan-forced. Place butter and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and beat until combined. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour, almond meal, baking powder and salt then add in the chopped chocolate.

"Chill mixture for 20 mins (optional but firms the mixture and makes it less sticky when rolling). Roll spoonfuls of mixture into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press down on each cookie lightly and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15-18 mins or until golden."

People commented: "This is one of the best chocolate chip recipes ever."

"I love Biscoff so much - can't wait to try this recipe on the weekend," said another.

A third wrote: "Craving."
