Having already helped us to declutter our homes with her hit BBC series, Sort Your Life Out, Stacey Solomon is set to front for another home-improvement show, and this one has a Hollywood A-lister behind it.

The Loose Women star is set to host a brand new programme called Stacey Solomon's Brickin' It, and will work with Reese Witherspoon’s production company, Hello Sunshine, to create it.

The show will see the TV star take on different DIY projects in order to help people who have been left high and dry by their builders. She will also assist people who have had bad experiences with their house restorations, and those who are running out of cash and ideas with their renovations.

Taking to her Instagram Stories to reveal the news, Stacey said: “For a little while we’ve been talking to Channel 4 and a production company called Hello Sunshine which was founded by Reese Witherspoon.

“She created it to champion women in film and TV. She’s just incredible at building women up and putting them at the forefront.”

The Celebrity Gogglebox star continued: “They asked me if I wanted to make a show with them, and I was like, ‘Hell yeah, I’ll make a show with Reese Witherspoon’s production company!’ They’re words I never thought I’d say!’

Filming will begin on the show in the summer, Stacey explained: “We go in and help people who have been done over by bad builders, run out of funding, and can’t finish their projects. And we’re gonna help them get to where they need to be.

“And I get to learn new skills along the way. So I’m gonna learn things that I have always wanted to do but I’m not confident with. So, like roofing, bricklaying, proper DIY. I can’t wait. I’m so excited!”

Meanwhile, series two of Sort Your Life Out is currently airing on the BBC.

Stacey also took to Instagram yesterday (26th January) to update followers about her upcoming new arrival.
