The much-loved classic is finally getting a part two.

'Beetlejuice' has been a goth favourite for many a year, with songs from the film and the stage version regularly going viral on TikTok.

Many people make it a ritual to watch this every Halloween.

The film, starring Michael Keaton, looks set to have a sequel.

Keaton is also due to repeat his old roles, as he reprises his legendary role of Batman for 'The Flash' and HBO Max's 'Batgirl'.

He will also be repeating his Spider-Man villain role for the forthcoming film, 'Morbius'.

Fans have Brad Pitt to thank for this 'Beetlejuice' idea, as the Hollywood icon had his own production company, Plan B Entertainment.

The company focuses on smaller films, such as 'Minari', 'Moonlight', and 'The Big Short'.

Deadline reports that the company has taken on the sequel for 'Beetlejuice'.

If you've never seen it, the film is a horror-comedy classic from Tim Burton.

Keaton played the titular role of a spirit hired by a recently deceased couple to scare off the new owners of their old house.

As yet, Keaton isn’t confirmed to repeat his iconic role, nor is Winona Ryder, who played the Goth teenager that inspired thousands of Halloween outfits.

Fans will be hoping for a repeat performance from their favourites, so we'll just have to wait and see what develops.

'Hocus Pocus 2' is due for release later this year, and features all of the same cast in the lead roles as the original.
