Line Of Duty actor believes Gail Vella isn't dead in new twist

What's this? Another mind-boggling turn of events in the already nail-biting season 6? Fans and experts are going wild over a mysterious new plot twist which was discussed in depth on Craig Parkinson's Line of Duty podcast.

Talking on his popular BBC offering Obsessed With Line Of Duty, Craig Parkinson - otherwise known as the dodgy Matthew 'Dot' Cottan - suggested that Gail Vella is still alive.

Actor Craig shared: "Somebody is in that flat and there's some connection with Gail Vella, the investigative journalist.

"You don't cast someone like Andi Osho and then just have her as little magazine prints and stick them up on a kitchen wall."

Vella (Andi Osho) is thought to have been murdered in September 2019 and we've even seen photos of her body - or perhaps it is not hers - with Davidson also claiming to have seen her body.

If she is still alive, then who is lying? And why?

Fellow comedian Sarah Millican told Parkinson on the podcast about the mystery behind Osho's 'small' role.

She explained: "I think there must be more with her because she's too good and she's too known.

"Because you'd just get anybody to do a photograph like that. If it's just going to be images, you don't need somebody as good as Andi is, so fingers crossed we're going to see a bit more of her."

Fans have also been coming up with their own theories. One wrote on Twitter: "Ok. I still think Gail Vella is alive..? #LineOfDuty."

Another added: "What about Andi Osho? She's either ..... 1) only been hired for stills - magazines covers etc 2) Stills plus some investigative news video footage or 3) Gail Vella's not dead".

One viewer commented: "Is it just me or is Gail Vella still alive?!"
