BGT's Amanda Holden has said Simon Cowell will be back filming Britain's Got Talent in January following his back-breaking electric bike injury. The talent show judge told Loose Women the music mogul was on the mend and should be fighting fit to start again next year.
Amanda said: "I spoke to him on the phone about four weeks ago now and he sounds on top of the world.
"He's back in an amazing space, apparently he looks fantastic as well, and he is definitely back for the new series which we're filming in January, so it's pretty imminent."
Simon won't be appearing in the Christmas special, but will be replaced again by Diversity's Ashley Banjo who will also perform a new routine with his dance troupe.
It's thought Simon is considering a £10million legal action against the manufacturers of the electric bike, according to The Sun, after he was almost left paralysed in the freak accident which happened in August while in America.
