On 8th December 40 years ago we lost one of the greatest musicians and songwriters in the history of music, John Lennon.
Nicky Horne was one of a handful of British broadcasters and journalists to get the opportunity to meet and interview John after the Beatles split up. They met in New York in 1975 for an incredibly candid conversation and Nicky brought along clips of that interview to play. He also talked through his memories of John, including a meeting with Yoko Ono who invited him to New York a year after John's death to talk about his legacy.
