The book will cover the first 25 years of his life.

Titled 'Let Love Rule', Kravitz pens stories about his childhood including growing up in different parts of New York and will follow up to the release of his 1989 debut album of the same name.

In a statement, Lenny Kravits said writing a memoir was "full of adventure, was where I found myself and my voice. Through that experience, love was the force that paved the way and love became my message.”

The memoir was co-written with biographer David Ritz who has written on works about Aretha Fraklin, Aerosmith's Joe Perry, Janet Jackson, and more!

Kravitz will narrate the audiobook of 'Let Love Rule'. The memoir is due to be released on October 6th, 2020.
