Even though Oasis split up 10 years ago, Noel Gallagher has expressed his interest in there being an Oasis musical.

However, Liam Gallagher has made his ideas clear as to what he thinks the plot of the musical should be.

The Manchester five piece notoriously split up in 2009 follwing serious tensions between the Gallagher brothers that ended in a row during a show in Paris.

Contrary to the public's demands, Noel and Liam don't look like they will be reforming Oasis any time in the near future.

Despite this, speaking to The Sun, Noel said "The musical! People have been on to me about that for the past 10 years. And funnily enough Live Forever is always the title.

"It's inevitable it will happem one day. I will go and see it once."

Noel has also said that he has spoken to  an "English guy who works on Broadway who knows about these things."

Former Oasis frontman, Liam, reacted to the news on Twitter with his own idea as to what the storyline should be.

Liam Tweeted "Oasis the musical 5 lads from Manchester start a band and take on the world the little one who writes the songs turns into a massive c***t sacks everyone except his little brother as he ain't got the arse splits up the band there's a storyline for ya THE END LG x"
