Adele tops Sunday Times Rich List for musicians under 30

Adele has become the richest musician under the age of 30.

According to the Music Millionaires section of the Sunday Times Rich List, the superstar has a net worth of £125m. It is an increase of almost 50% from 2016-2017 alone.

The singer came back from a few years of hiatus with her third album , which produced singles like and  and received widespread critical acclaim. 

Robert Watts, who compiled the list, said Adele had the potential to be the highest-earning British musician ever if she kept up her streak.

Music Millionaires will be released ahead of the Sunday Times Rich List - due to be published this upcoming weekend.
